Teachers Clinic equips Christian secondary, elementary, kindergarten, and preschool teachers with practical helps that can be used in any classroom. Delegates will glean from nearly 60 years of teaching experience through sessions and actual classroom observation. An office management track is also available.

Designed to be of practical benefit to classroom teachers in secondary, elementary, kindergarten, and preschool, Teachers Clinic provides extensive classroom observation of experienced teachers at Pensacola Christian Academy in each teacher’s grade level. Valuable materials and information are provided, and curriculum sessions will be geared to classroom teachers.

For those in office areas, Teachers Clinic covers philosophy, ethics, standards, procedures, accounts receivable, orientation, cumulative records, equipping your office, and other informative sessions. Whether you have one office worker or many, this program will be of great help.

Attendance is reserved for teachers and workers in Christian schools or Christian daycares. No children in attendance, please.

Make Reservations Early

Reservations are limited, so please register early (at least one month before the Clinic). Do not make nonrefundable airline reservations until Clinic reservations have been confirmed by mail. Those who desire to register within one month of the Clinic should call to check availability before finalizing plans to attend. (Do not arrive without preregistering.)

Cost

Registration fee is $35 per delegate if application is made two weeks before the Clinic; $40 after that time.

Payment must accompany application and includes Monday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Tuesday breakfast and lunch; coffee breaks and special materials.

Refunds on registration fees are given for those who cancel reservations by phone at least one week prior to the Clinic.

Payment

Payment for online registration is by credit card. If you choose to apply by phone, we can accept credit card information at that time or you may mail a check after making phone reservations.

Accommodations

Lodging is available at local area hotels.

PCC is 10 minutes from the Pensacola Airport. Local taxi service is available.

Important Notes

  • Two CEUs (continuing education units) may be earned through attendance at Teachers Clinic.
  • Dress is business casual—Women delegates are asked to dress modestly. Please no short skirts, slacks, or sundresses. Walking shorts that are full and to the knee may be worn for recreation. Many men wear collared shirts and dress pants. Men delegates should not wear shorts.
  • Prospective college students (Gr. 11–12) are welcome to visit Pensacola Christian College during the Clinic. Prior arrangements should be made when registering.
  • Recording devices are not permitted.
