In 1952, Arlin and Beka Horton came to Pensacola with a dream to start a Christian school.
Their dream came true when the school opened in 1954 with just 3 teachers and 35 students. The next year, there were 100 students.
Growth was steady.
Now, Pensacola Christian Academy (the school that started off so small) has 2,000 students every year. (That’s not counting the 40,000+ students who watch Pensacola Christian Academy teachers at home through the A Beka Academy video program.)
Teachers Clinic was started in 1970 to share with teachers from all over the country—and even around the world—how they can create successful classrooms and teach most effectively using the A Beka curriculum.
What philosophy and methods have worked so well for us? You’ll find out at Teachers Clinic, and you’ll be able to take that knowledge and apply it anywhere.
