Pensacola Christian College is seeking qualified individuals willing to use their skills to serve the Lord in a vibrant, exciting ministry.
Pensacola Christian College was established in 1974, primarily as a Christian liberal arts college, and it is dedicated to maintaining the highest academic standards and presenting the vital issues of the day in light of Scripture.
The Chief Financial Officer is primarily responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial related activities for the College and its affiliates. Key responsibilities include managing Pensacola Christian College’s future financial direction and goals, review all financial reports and statements for internal purposes, monitor open legal issues and work with external auditors and attorneys. Responsibilities include managing the Accounting, Tax, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury departments.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- a Master of Business Administration or Master of Accountancy degree,
- 12–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, and
- experience in a multi-divisional non-profit corporation.
Employees must be born-again Christians and must agree with the ministry’s
Philosophy of Education, and

mission, purpose, and objectives of Pensacola Christian College, Inc. Additionally, employees are hired based on professional credentials, education, training, experience, Christian testimony, and perceived ability to succeed.
