The purpose of this division is to provide a traditional liberal arts education that prepares students to function as Christian professionals in a variety of career settings in their chosen field of study.

This division comprises the engineering, humanities, natural sciences, and nursing departments of Pensacola Christian College, each of which offers undergraduate degrees. The nursing department also offers a graduate degree.

Courses such as advanced pathophysiology and pharmacology enhance the nurse’s knowledge base while subjects on research, curriculum development, and testing and evaluation prepare the nurse to critically examine and implement various teaching methods and outcomes. Upon completion of the Master of Science in Nursing program, the registered nurse is fully equipped to teach undergraduate nursing curricula using scriptural and traditional methodology.
