Four Winds can seat over 1,350 people at one time and offers many exciting choices for every meal. Four Winds offers a rotating menu that features such meals as:

Breakfast choices include eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, freshly baked biscuits, grits, oatmeal, cream of wheat, muffins, yogurt, cottage cheese, and fruit. Continental items are also available.

Lunch and Dinner choices include hot entrées (beef stew, baked chicken, fried catfish, ham, baked spaghetti, manicotti, pastas, BBQ chicken, country fried steak, pot roast, fajitas, tacos), sandwiches (burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, chicken), soups, baked potatoes, salad bar, Tex Mex, pasta, and dessert bar.

Varsity food offerings consist of a fast-service menu at lunch and dinner with a variety of choices. Varsity carousels offer a bountiful salad bar containing 20 individual salad items.

Lunch and Dinner choices include pizza, chicken tenders, pasta bar, deli bar, soups, and salad bar.

Varsity also houses the campus bakery, which prepares a variety of "made from scratch" items, featuring up to 13 different desserts daily.

PCC students have a choice of 10 different menus at lunch and dinner, including 6 galleys at Four Winds (all with different menus) and 3 galleys at Varsity plus carousels of soup, sandwiches, and salad bar.
