What is a distance-learning course?
Many courses have been video-recorded. They are available to complete in your home, one course at a time, allowing you to continue your present ministry and responsibilities. Students experience the instruction as if sitting in a classroom on campus.
Quality instruction gives distance-learning students the same advantages on-campus students receive.
How many courses may I take by DVD/video?
Most of our seminary and graduate degrees permit up to one third of their courses to be taken via distance-learning.
Bible Exposition is designed for those whose vocation or ministry does not allow significant time off. Up to 9 of 10 courses may be taken before coming to campus for a course.
Other majors require students to take the first course on campus within one year of beginning the first distance-learning course.
There is no limit to the number of courses taken for personal benefit rather than credit.
What is the cost?
Tuition is $480 per course ($540 beginning Sept., 2010), plus $150 Services Fee and $135 Video Deposit and Shipping Fee ($200 International), all are due when registering for a course. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your account will be credited $100 if all recordings are returned in good condition.
May I take courses for personal benefit?
Yes. Without the pressure of tests and papers, those seeking further training without seeking a degree may take any distance-learning course for personal benefit without academic credit. Tuition is $240 per course ($270 beginning Sept. 2010), $75 Services Fee, and $135 ($200 International) Video Deposit/Shipping Fee. Your account will be credited $100 if all recordings are returned in good condition.
How do I enroll?
