Dating Outings

PCC organizes six off-campus dating outings each semester to some of Alabama and Northwest Florida’s many attractions. Filling 8 to 9 buses, groups of 150 to 300 students will arrive at one of many exciting locations where they will enjoy a variety of destination-specific activities, as well as food, games, and fellowship.

Dating outing activities include the following:

Gulf Breeze Zoo

Couples enjoy a leisurely walk around monkey exhibits, lion dens, a reptile house, and more at the zoo. Buffet lunch follows at a local restaurant.

Destin Boat Cruise

Destin’s clear water and cool breezes provide the perfect setting for a boat cruise to watch dolphins jump and play in the Gulf of Mexico. After the cruise, couples will enjoy a picnic lunch of chicken wings at a local park.

Pensacola Blue Wahoos Baseball Game

Couples catch a minor league game during this evening of spring sports. Nachos, hotdogs, popcorn, and cotton candy bring home that all-American spirit for a night that’s sure to be a hit.

Canoeing

Couples experience the great outdoors on the winding Blackwater River and then enjoy a hearty meal in a picnic setting.

Camp o’ the Pines

With the spring season in full swing, couples enjoy outdoor activities held at PCC’s Camp o’ the Pines, followed by a catered meal of steak and potatoes off the grill.
