Pensacola Christian College’s Engineering and Computer Science Department is seeking candidates for a full-time computer science faculty position.
Key responsibilities include preparing and teaching cybersecurity and other computer science courses from a Christian perspective, evaluating student achievement, advising students, and contributing to curriculum development and assessment as needed. Applicants should possess a strong desire to instill biblical values through teaching and personal example and must evidence mastery of subject content.
A master’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited institution is required. A terminal degree with previous teaching experience is preferred. Prospects with considerable related experience in the area of cybersecurity, whether retiring from the field or changing careers to share their knowledge with students, are welcome to inquire.
