  • Favorite food: Pita and hummus, or my grandma’s chicken noodle soup
  • Favorite place on campus: Library, fifth floor—there is a great view, and all of the history books are there!
  • Favorite Bible verse: Jeremiah 29:11—“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
  • Hobbies/interests: Antiquing, genealogy research, hammocking
  • Sports I like to play: Basketball, softball, and cross-country
  • What attracted me to PCC: Affordability and firm Christian values
  • Advice for future students: Campus is wonderful, but get out and explore Pensacola! There is so much to do and see, not to mention so much history!
  • One person I would like to meet and why: Louis Zamperini—I would love to talk about what it was like for him to run in the 1936 Olympics and about his faith during WWII.
  • Favorite class in college: Life of David with Dr. Mike Davis
  • Best PCC memory: After every Fine Arts my friends and I would head to the Pelican (the convenience store in the residence hall) and buy glass bottles of sprite and a ton of sugary snacks. We would stay in our fancy clothes, eat our snacks, and have a great time fellowshipping with each other!
  • How I spend my free time: Hammocking with a good book
  • Most unique places I’ve traveled: Israel
  • People would be surprised to know that I… trained as a firefighter before attending PCC.
  • Favorite PCC tradition: Christmas Lights! I count down the days until I get to eat warm pumpkin bread and sip on some hot cocoa as campus is lit up with Christmas cheer!
  • Favorite quotation: “For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.” —Audrey Hepburn
  • Ideal/favorite vacation spot: Tiberias, Israel, along the Sea of Galilee. You will never see a more beautiful sunrise!
  • Things I can’t live without: God, my family, my cats... and coffee
  • Fun fact: I am a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution
