  • I lost my Guest Card. What should I do?

Lost Guest Cards must be reported immediately to Card Services (AC 112) or the Information Desk to protect your funds. The card account balance from the time of the deactivation will be available for use on your replacement card. If you have received a replacement Guest Card and later find your original, the original should be cut up and discarded immediately. Only the most recently issued Guest Card will be valid for accessing campus or purchasing.

  • What happens to the leftover funds on my Guest Card account at the end of the event?

Leftover funds may be refunded by visiting the Cashier’s Office (Administration Building, 1st floor) with your Guest Card Monday–Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 4 p.m. Funds expire if left on the Guest Card account after the event and will be donated to PCC.
