Fourth Year Tuition-Free

Free Tuition

You can enroll in the Fourth Year Tuition-Free program in which you will receive your fourth year of college free.* A student receiving the tuition benefit during the 7th and 8th semesters is not eligible to receive PCC scholarships or private scholarships offered through Abeka Fund during those semesters.

How to Qualify

• Be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (or have U.S. permanent residency).
• Enroll for a four-year degree.
• Take at least 12 credit hours every semester.
• Stay enrolled for 8 consecutive semesters.

How to Participate

To qualify, students must do the following:

• Apply and be accepted to PCC as a new student for the first time for fall 2024 or spring 2025.
• Pay the nonrefundable/nontransferable $500 Enlistment Fee and sign the agreement form by April 30 for fall or September 30 for spring (the Enlistment Fee will be $550 for applicants participating after April 30 for fall or after September 30 for spring). You will receive a notification on your applicant portal once payment is received and the enlistment into the program has been finalized.
• Remain in good standing and maintain continuous full-time enrollment for 8 consecutive semesters. If a student graduates early, the remaining semester(s) of the program will be forfeited.
• Pay standard tuition for 6 consecutive semesters (3 years) and receive free tuition the 7th and 8th semesters (4th year), up to 17 credit hours per semester. Other charges during the 4th year, including room and board, textbooks, and fees, are the student’s responsibility.

Applicants who participate in the Fourth Year Tuition-Free program are also eligible to receive a discount on the Enrollment Deposit (formerly called Reservation Deposit) as shown below.

^*The Fourth Year Tuition-Free program only covers the cost of your tuition. You will still have to pay for room and board as well as other fees during your 7^th and 8^th semesters. This offer is open only to U.S. and Canadian citizens and U.S. permanent residents. PCC reserves the right to change tuition, and other fees as deemed necessary by the administration, including any necessary changes to the Fourth Year Tuition-Free program.
