Each residence hall has a print station, vending areas, ice machines, microwaves, and vacuums. If any of these machines do not operate properly, please report it to the lobby desk worker. If you need a refund, go to AC 113 during office hours, 8 a.m.–4:45 p.m. Mon.–Fri.

Additionally, bulletin boards are located on each residence hall floor for current informational postings including emergency information and hall meeting announcements.

Roommates are expected to agree to and abide by equal division of refrigerator space. Personal fridges may not be used on campus. Additional fridges are not available.

For broken or damaged refrigerators, please submit a Maintenance Request.

Laundry Rooms

Washers and dryers accept payment by PCC Card. Since powdered detergent clogs the machines, use only non-chlorinated bleach and high-efficiency (HE) liquid laundry detergent. For propriety, men and women may not do each other’s laundry.

Lost and found clothing may be reclaimed for up to two weeks at the Residence Manager’s (RM) office. After two weeks, unclaimed items will be discarded.

Pelican/Gearbox Stores

On the ground floor of each residence hall is a convenience store (Pelican for women and Gearbox for men) offering personal care items, academic supplies, and food and drink products. Times are posted on Eagle’s Nest and on the store’s entrance. PCC Cards and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Music Practice Studios

Studios are available on the ground floor of Bradley Tower (for women) as well as Young Tower and Rice Tower (for men). The practice rooms in the Visual and Performing Arts building are reserved for music majors and minors.

Women’s Fitness Rooms

Fitness rooms are provided on the ground floor of Bradley, Dixon, and Griffith Towers and are open during the times posted on the fitness room doors.

Students who are not planning to return to PCC for a subsequent semester and have left items either in their residence hall room or storage room must e-mail within two weeks of departure or their items will be discarded or donated. Items not properly placed into storage will incur a $25 handling fee as well as a $5 fee for each box/tub stored.

Pensacola Christian College is not responsible for items left on campus.

Storage rooms are provided to help keep your room free from clutter. Store trunks, suitcases, and boxes, as well as any other items not used during the semester. Items stored must be clearly labeled with your name and ID number. The college does not take responsibility for items not labeled. Boxes should be taped closed.

Storage will be opened mid-semester to change out summer/winter clothing if needed. Suitcases that will be used during the semester may be kept under the bed.

Items may be stored on campus May through August for a nominal fee. Once placed in storage, items cannot be accessed until Welcome Week in August. To prevent damage, only boxes purchased at the Campus Store or 30–34 gallon plastic storage tubs may be used for storage. Luggage or stored items left on campus may be shipped upon request and will incur a $25 handling fee as well as shipping charges.
