To help ensure a smooth transition each semester, follow the procedures below.
Students employed by PCC arrive and check in at their residence hall lobby between 8 a.m. on Thurs., Aug. 22, and 2 p.m. on Fri., Aug. 23.
New students check in at the Administration Building, open 8 a.m.–10 p.m., to receive their PCC ID and campus access information.
Returning students scan the QR code at their residence hall lobby to check in on Eagle’s Nest.
All student employees must attend their department’s Student Employee Meeting at 7 p.m. on Fri., Aug. 23.
Residence hall students not employed by PCC arrive and check in between 8 a.m. on Sat., Aug. 24, and 2 p.m. on Sun., Aug. 25.
Commuter students not employed by PCC check in between 8 a.m. on Fri., Aug. 23, and 2 p.m. on Sun., Aug. 25.
Returning commuter students check in on Eagle’s Nest.
Requests will open July 1 on Eagle’s Nest.
Requests If you need to arrive and check in before your scheduled time, you must submit a request on Eagle’s Nest by Fri., Aug. 16. Approval is based on your circumstances and requested date of check-in. A response will be sent to your student email.
Students who arrive on campus for early check-in without having requested and been given approval may be denied check-in and residence hall accommodation.
Cost The fee for checking in early is $40 per day, which covers the cost of your room and dining on campus.

Requests If circumstances prevent you from arriving and checking in by 2 p.m., Sun., Aug. 25, let us know about your situation.
Cost A late check-in fee of $50 will be applied.
